Earlier this week ACS was proud to offer our members the opportunity to listen to Nathan Mellor, EdD, PCC speak at an event facilitated by Redlands College. A thought leader from Strata Leadership in the US, Nathan spoke about leadership resilience and adapting in the face of adversity. The importance or leaving emotion at the door and the detriment of denying reality. Nathan drilled into what it means to build and develop resilience and the value of grit as a passion and perseverance for long-term goals.
